Fall Elite Camp

THE CAMP:
- Catholic University’s Annual one-day intensive basketball camp for prospective collegiate athletes.
- The camp is for girls entering 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grade in the fall of 2025.
- Participate in a full day of collegiate-level practice and training sessions.
- Position specific drills where our coaches will evaluate your strengths and areas for improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:
- A “day in the life” of a collegiate athlete. Experience first-hand what it takes to play at the next level!
- A chance to play with top high-school athletes from around the country who aspire to play in college.
- Learn the “X’s and O’s” of college basketball and develop a high basketball IQ.
- A sample workout packet designed for and used exclusively by the CUA Lady Cardinals.
SPECIFICS:
- Cost: $105 ($50 nonrefundable deposit due: Thursday, October 9, 2025)
- Camp runs from 10a.m. – 3p.m.
- All athletes receive a Catholic University Reversable Jersey for the duration of the camp. Brin Shoes!
- You can bring your own lunch or purchase lunch through our Camp Store.
